The electronic cigarette vapor has a variety of ingredients, a few of which will irritate the lungs and cause coughing and wheezing, while others are actually toxic to the lungs. One of the more common herbs used in vaporizers is gold. Gold is really a highly toxic element, that is also used in medications to treat certain types of cancer. There have been studies that show gold escalates the threat of premature death in smokers, so it would be wise to avoid using any products that contain gold.
They are just two of the many e-cigarette health risks to understand. As a result of these findings, many people are beginning to choose to quit smoking, alongside changing their diet and exercising more often. Many teens today may also be turning to e-cigs as a way to smoke less. With all of the dangers that we now know exist when using e-cigs, it seems that quitting cold turkey is best option for many people.
